On May 17, LAI Video and Leading Authorities, Inc. will host a special screening of A Teachable Moment at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, DC. Update: Registration is now closed.
This viewing marks an important milestone for the documentary project that has been in production for nearly one year. A Teachable Moment shares harrowing stories from four stroke survivors, as well as insights from experts that outline tangible measures to reduce risk factors for the neurological disorder. The feature-length film is as inspirational as it is enlightening, embracing a heart-warming message of love and colorful animation to raise awareness around a disease that is preventable, treatable and beatable.
